  • Enhanced remote assistance from an expert from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Monday to Friday) and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Saturday and Sunday). Basic Internet help desk support remains available 24-hours a day.

In addition, thanks to this service, you get advice and online help for the following applications:
