We are actively monitoring the spread of wildfires throughout various regions of Quebec. Our teams are working hard to keep you connected as we manage through the impacts of the wildfires.

Cablevision’s recovery plan

  • Restoration from the wildfires is our top priority. Currently, our teams are assessing damage to poles and cables and performing repairs where possible.

  • We are making solid progress each day and will continue to deploy additional crews and resources as needed to get customers back up and running as quickly as possible.

  • We continue to work closely with the provinces, power companies and other partners to provide the most effective support to keep customers informed and connected.

What customers can expect with their Cablevision services

  • When you return home, if your power is on but your Internet, TV or phone services are not working, please try resetting your modem and TV receiver – unplug, wait 30 seconds, plug back in and wait 5 minutes before restarting. If that does not work, please contact us.

  • If you see a downed line, always assume they are live and dangerous. Stay at least 10 feet away, be aware of trees touching overhead lines, and don’t attempt to handle them on your own. Call 1-800-567-6353 to report any downed lines.

Current customer impacts

There are currently no impacts on our Cablevision network. Our network is currently operational in all areas.
